ACTIVE IN AUTOMOTIVE

Automotive is nestled deep in Pallieter’s DNA. Where the Trucks division concentrates on commercial vehicles, Pallieter Invest focuses on the car sector. Following the successful acquisition of BMW dealerships, Pallieter Invest has, for strategic reasons, entered a joint venture with the Van Laarhoven Holding.

Pala Group, the joint venture that stemmed from this, has an extraordinarily solid position in the market and targets the sale and maintenance of both new and second-hand cars. The dealerships incorporated in the Pala Group are official BMW and Mini dealers. The same applies to the sporting M range and electric i-models of BMW. Since 2021 Vision Car Lease (VCL) is also incorporated: a medium-sized universal lease company focussed on the South of The Netherlands. With the addition of VCL, Pala is even better able to provide tailor-made financing solutions to the corporate market.
